Introduction

We are a unique physical therapy clinic with a calm non-clinical setting. At the Myofascial Release Center (62 Degrees Physical Therapy), we love what we do! We want to help our patients lead better lives through innovative, affordable, and empathetic healthcare. In order to do what we love, we operate our business in a sustainable and ethical manner while continuing to be upstanding members of our community.

Payment Options
We are in-network with nearly all local insurance providers, including Medicare and Medicaid. We also accept most credit cards, Care Credit, and cash. If you are unsure if we accept your insurance, feel free to call us at any time. See the contact us page for details.

Direct Access
Direct Access laws allow each patient to access physical therapy without a physician’s prescription. However, not all insurance companies will reimburse without a referral. It is a good idea to understand how your company works. We can help you access that information if you need us to. In the case that you decide to use direct access, our billing specialist will determine what is and isn’t covered under your plan and whether we need to send notes to your physician on a regular basis. If you opt to pay in cash, we are not required to communicate with the physician, but if your case is complicated, or we have questions, we may opt to contact them anyway.

Our Name
Our owner, Katrin Moffett, comes from a tiny group of islands in the North Atlantic, called the Faroe Islands. The capitol of this country sits at 62 degrees latitude (approximately the same as Anchorage, Alaska.) We wanted the clinic name and atmosphere to reflect that heritage.
