April Fitness Challenge – Charity Miles

It’s April and in my efforts to find a new fitness challenge, I came across Charity Miles . I would like to encourage everyone to register for this fantastic program. This program translates your exercise into cash for your favorite charity. Not a penny is required from you. The app and membership is free to the user. Large corporations make the donations on your behalf as part of their charitable giving program.
You just download an app on your smart phone. You will need to choose whether you want your device to track your movements through the app. Set up an account (you can log in with FB. Now choose your charity (they currently have 42 options and are adding more regularly). Follow the rest of the prompts and start exercising. It can track any form of exercise that measures steps or distance. Dancing, swimming, running, walking, biking, you name it!
